FUENTES: Para crear una fuente ,Tayler decía que tenían que tener tres elementos fundamentales en la experiencia educativa. 1) ESTUDIANTES: Entender a los alumnos, dependiendo de sus intereses, necesidades o experiencias vitales ¿Qué es una experiencia vital? 2) SOCIEDAD Valores u objetivos culturales y contexto 3) REQUISITOS DEL CONTENIDO. La visión del docente sobre la construcción educacional, puntos importantes que ayuden a explicar un tema. PROCESOS: PARA REALIZAR Y DISEÑAR UN CURRICULUM. Planteamiento de preguntas u objetivos que ayuden a un mejor desempeño escolar. 1 . ¿ Que fines desea alcanzar la escuela? Éxito alcanzado con la práctica curricular y su relación con la tecnología. 2. Según las experiencias educativas cuales son las que ayudan a alcanzar mejor los fines curriculares. Cita - Tayler Donde hay objetivos hay currículum. Distinguirnos actividades. 3. ORGANIZACIÓN 4 .EVALUACIÓN De que manera podemos comprobar si los objetivos propuestos se an alcanzado, etapa fundamental la cual es fundamental que debe abordarse como parte de la elaboración curricular. La finalidad de la mano de la conducta y la integración. 1. CONDUNTA : Cambio de la conducta de los estudiantes, la cual se ve reflejada por la teoría de Tayiler. 2. INTERACCIÓN : Se interactua con el objeto de aprendizaje, en conjunto con las experiencias del alumno que le permitan tener una respuesta correcta según sea el caso del objetivo. (Pregunta vista en clase). Para tener un mejor resultado, tenemos que hacer un diagnóstico de necesidades en el cuál tenemos que contemplar puntos importantes los cuales son. . Formulacion de objetivos. . Selección y organización de contenidos. . Aprendizaje y actividades. Tener en cuanta ¿Qué Evaluar? Y ¿Como evaluar específicamente?. ¿PORQUE ES UNA TEORIA CONDUCTiSTA? Ya que se preocupa por los objetivos logrados y no por los estudiantes teniendo un aprendizaje pleno. Tayler predijo que su modelo sería utilizado para identificar aciertos y errores del programa curricular. Solo es utilizado para desarrollar diagnósticos y evaluaciones. Evaluando el producto pero no se toma en cuenta el proceso. CONCLUSIONES El modelo de tayler nos habla sobre como los docentes y las instituciones se preocupan más por los pu tales finales o las calificaciones y no por si los alumnos aprenden el día a día de las clases o los ejercicios adecuados según sea el curso que se esté tomando.
