हे मेरे मन, प्रभु को धन्य कह, उसकी करुणा को सदा याद रख। जो तेरे पापों को माफ़ करता है, तेरे रोगों से तुझे मुक्त करता है। वो तुझे जीवन से फिर से भरता है, तेरी जवानी को फिर से नया करता है। जैसे गरुड़ पंख फैलाकर उड़ता है, वैसे तेरा जीवन भी ऊँचाई छूता है। प्रभु दयालु और अनुग्रहकारी है, कोप में धीमा, प्रेम में भारी है। हमारे पापों के अनुसार नहीं करता व्यवहार, हमारे दोषों से हमें नहीं करता लाचार। जैसे पूरब से पश्चिम तक दूरी है, वैसे उसने हमारे पापों को हमसे दूर कर दिया। जैसे पिता अपने बच्चों पर दया करता है, वैसे प्रभु ने अपने भक्तों पर कृपा किया।

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
