What happens when I run out of credits?
Subscription credits renew each billing cycle. If you need more credits, buy Flex credits once and use the permanent credits after any time-limited credits are spent.
How long are my credits valid?
Subscription credits follow their billing cycle. Flex credits do not expire and are consumed after credits with an expiration date.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime but we don't provide refunds for past usage. For Flex credits, due to the immediate allocation of computational resources, we cannot offer refunds. Please carefully consider your needs before purchasing.
If I am not satisfied with the results, can I get a refund?
